Return & Exchange Policy

We truly hope you love your Girasole piece as much as we loved creating it for you.
But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and smooth 🌿

Please check and try on your item once you receive it, while the courier is still waiting.

If you wish to return it, you may hand it back to the courier — only the shipping fee will be charged.

In case you receive the wrong or a damaged item, you can return it immediately to the courier and we’ll cover the shipping cost.

Items are non-refundable once received and paid for.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

بقدر ما أحببنا تصميمها لكِ "Girasole"  نتمنى أن تحبي قطعة. 
لكن لو في أي شيء مش مناسب، خلينا نسهّلك التجربة بأبسط شكل ممكن 🌿

يُرجى فحص وتجربة القطعة عند استلامها، أثناء وجود المندوب.

في حال رغبتك في إرجاعها، يمكن تسليمها للمندوب مباشرة، ويتم دفع قيمة الشحن فقط.

في حال استلام قطعة خاطئة أو بها عيوب صناعه، يمكن إرجاعها فورًا للمندوب، وسنتحمّل تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.

القطع غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد استلامها ودفع قيمتها.

يمكن استبدال القطع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
